From inception through design, specification, construction, handover, maintenance and refurbishment, a Hotel Standards Management System will help you achieve hotels with the brand values you demand and the quality you need.

A Hotel Standards Management System provides a single source for all the information that hotel chains and developers require to create a hotel. And because you are in charge of what is on your Hotel Standards Management System you can be assured that users are always reading the current standards, specifications and procedures.

Deciding who sees what

Highwire's Hotel Standards Management System has a comprehensive access control function. Users can be allowed access to information based on the group that best identifies their need. Suppliers can have access to a different level of information to contractors. And, the access is determined centrally and not on a page basis, so you create your content once and let the system manage who sees it.
